For lost phones or mobile numbers, please coordinate with your mobile phone operator to report, block and then recover your mobile number. Once recovered, you can install your new SIM into a new device and log back into your account.
You may also use a different smartphone (Android, iOS) to log in to your account, and secure it by changing your password.
