What should I do in case I forgot my BDO Phone Banking Telephone TPIN?

For forgotten BDO Phone Banking TPIN, you may:

• Nominate a new TPIN via https://online.bdo.com.ph. Click “Forgot your telephone PIN” in the login page. For security reasons, you can only nominate a new Password upon providing the correct data in the personal and Enrollment details asked during your online request.
• Request for a new TPIN via the BDO Call Center. Our Call Center Officers can reset your TPIN for you.
