For Renewal/Revalidation of GOC

1. General Operators Certificate (GOC)
2. Company sea service (at least 12 months)
3. SIRB front page and entry
4. Medical certificate (PEME Form)
5. Picture with bara (2×2 or passport size)
6. Long brown envelope.

1. Theoretical/Practical Examination (Result of Examination)
2. GOC Certificate (Certificate of Completion from training center)
3. Company sea service (at least 12 months)

7. Long brown envelope.
8. PRC ID
9. Board Certificate
