What are Chief Engineer documentary requirements for Revalidation?

Reference: STCW CIRCULAR NO. 2014-13

1. Assessment of competence (Basic Training, Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats, Advance Fire Fighting and Medical First Aid)
2. Approved Seagoing Service or its approve alternatives
3. Proof of Successful Completion of Training in MLC-E
4. Valid Medical Certificate, which shall not be more than 2 years from the date of issuance, from DOH-Accredited Clinic/Hospital.
