From Manila take a flight going to Tacloban City, from Tacloban take a multicab ride that will bring you to bus and uv terminal within the city  .Take ride going to Matalom via Maasin City routes. Travel time 4 hours ride going to Matalom Town hall, and ask locals for the pier going to Canigao it will costs you 60php, a boat ride for 15mins costs 40php and the entrance fee 20php to the island.
